Customer Service Advisor

Tri-Motive, a motorcycle clothing and accessories distribution company are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work at their busy head office in Swansea, S Wales.

With a large portfolio of products and our own Motorcycle clothing brand ARMR Moto, Tri-Motive is one of the leading distribution company’s within the industry. Established 7 years ago, the company has grown steadily year on year and this year was incorporated under the Oxford Products group of companies.

The role will involve supporting our customer base across the UK and Ireland and the successful candidate would be expected to handle all incoming sales calls and deal with them effectively.

You must have excellent communication and telephone skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times. You will also be able to work alone as well as part of a team in a busy sales environment.

An interest in Motorcycles would help but is not essential.

DUTIES

• Providing an excellent level of customer service to existing customers.
• Answering inbound calls from customers & suppliers
• Providing product & service information
• Processing B2B orders, telephone orders & email orders.
• Taking full ownership of customer queries & seeing them through to resolution
• Liaising with staff to gather information

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working in a Customer Services environment
• Demonstrate confidence and empathy dealing with customers
• Excellent communications skills
• A professional attitude
• Confident working within a team
• Have a willingness to learn
• Microsoft Office Word & Excel skills

POSITION

• Full Time / Part Time Basis
• General Working Hours – 9am-5pm
• Salary To Be Discussed On Experience

CE Clothing Compliance Administrator Full Time/Part Time

Tri-Motive, a motorcycle clothing and accessories distribution company are recruiting for a Full Time/Part Time CE Clothing Compliance Administrator to work at their head office in Swansea, S Wales.

With a large portfolio of products and our own Motorcycle clothing brand ARMR-Moto, Tri-Motive is one of the leading distribution company’s within the industry. Established 7 years ago, the company has grown steadily year on year and this year was incorporated under the Oxford Products group of companies.

To comply with new legislation, all Motorcycle Clothing from April 2019 will need to pass CE Regulation and as such we are looking for someone to undertake this project for us. The role will involve compiling relevant documentation from our suppliers overseas and liaising with the certification test houses in Europe to oversee the CE process for each product in our Motorcycle clothing range.

The role will suit someone who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under their own initiative in a systematic and methodical way.

The role could either be part time or full time or possibly lead to a full time position within the company.

Skills/Experience

• Be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail

• Operate well autonomously and as part of a team
• Able to work with Excel and Word documents

Purchasing Administrator

Tri-Motive, a motorcycle clothing and accessories distribution company are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to work at their head office in Swansea, S Wales.

With a large portfolio of products and our own Motorcycle clothing brand ARMR-Moto, Tri-Motive is one of the leading distribution company’s within the industry. Established 7 years ago, the company has grown steadily year on year and this year was incorporated under the Oxford Products group of companies.

Duties will include

• Building effective relationships with suppliers
• Inputting purchase orders onto computer system and forwarding to management team for authorisation
• Working with design department to ensure all goods purchased are to specification in terms of quality
• Scheduling delivery times with suppliers
• Monitoring purchasing process from order to delivery to advise sales department
• Planning forward orders of stock from management forecast
•A good knowledge of Excel

Position

• Full time
• General Working Hours/Day – 8am – 5pm
• Salary to be discussed based on experience
